CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time and our time are both valuable, so we ask that you please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Cancellations: You have up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel without any charges. Rescheduling: If you reschedule within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Deposits: All deposits go towards the cost of your service. No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the service cost. Exceptions: Certain situations may be excused on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
